The challenge & exhiliration of the location fires my brushwork & color mixing choices.

My landscapes are, in a sense, self-portraits. They reflect my zen at that moment, in that environment.

My favorite locations to paint, lately, are the

California coast & hills, Sedona, & FRANCE - the Alps in particular!"
